"Touch was never meant to be a luxury. It is a basic human need. It is an action that validates life and gives hope to both the receiver and the giver. The healing of touch is reciprocal."
--Irene Smith

Welcome to my sandbox where I indulge in my creative pursuits.  If I were Jello, I'd be in that stage where the thin liquid is a thick liquid that traps anything you drop in.  Soon, I'll be solidified but flexible.  With marshmallows.

I am a  graduate of the Cortiva Institute – Chicago School of Massage Therapy.  I specialize in Oncology and Geriatric massage and also hold a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.  I have worked in clinical settings and have experience adapting massage for clients undergoing cancer treatment and other medical challenges.  In addition, as a longtime runner, I enjoy providing therapeutic massage to help people maintain their optimum wellness and fitness.  I teach massage therapy in several different venues, and I write about it here.  I also maintain a private practice in Louisville, Kentucky.

My best work is done without words.  Contact me to book an appointment.
